THE INVITATION

What if five days could

change everything?

Over Labor Day weekend, we're gathering a small group of people who are ready to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with what matters most.

No notifications.

No performance.

Just presence.

Imagine waking up surrounded by trees instead of alarms.

Sharing meals around a table instead of rushing through another day.

Move your body. Breathe deeply. Laugh often. Have the kinds of conversations that remind you who you are beneath all the doing.

UNPLUGGED is an immersive retreat experience created to help you reconnect with yourself, others, and the parts of life that often get lost beneath work, schedules, and screens.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Five days of intentional reset

Every experience is intentionally designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to be fully present. Five days designed to help you leave feeling more grounded, connected, rested, and clear than when you arrived.

guided Breathwork

Guided breathwork journeys designed to help release what has been held, reconnect you to your body, and access parts of yourself that everyday life often keeps buried.

Group Circles

Facilitated conversations and shared experiences that create the kind of trust, honesty, and connection most people spend years searching for.

Yoga & Meditation

Grounding practices designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and cultivate presence over performance

play

Because healing isn’t only found in deep conversations. Sometimes it’s found in laughter, movement, curiosity, and remembering how to simply enjoy being human

Contrast Therapy

Cold plunge, sauna, and hot tub cycles that support the nervous system, restore the body, and create that feeling of being completely alive.

Nature & Adventure

Time to wander, rest, journal, or simply sit with what's arising. Explore the creek, treehouse, firepit, stargazing dome, and open sky.

YOUR HOSTS

Held by people who care

UNPLUGGED is guided by two facilitators who share a simple belief: meaningful change happens when people feel safe, supported, and connected. Together, we create the space. The experience does the rest.

Limited to 10 participants so every guest is truly seen and supported.
